Support coordinators, plan managers and allied health professionals are welcome to refer directly.

We confirm capacity
We come back within one business day with whether we can take the referral and in what timeframe. If we cannot, we will say so rather than hold a place.

We meet the participant, confirm goals and risks, and issue a service agreement for signature before any support begins.
