Where to get independent help
We are a provider, which means we have an interest in you choosing us. For advice with no such interest attached, these organisations are free and independent of any provider:
- ndis.gov.au — the scheme itself, including the current Price Arrangements and the rules on what can be funded.
- NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission — registers providers, sets the Code of Conduct, and takes complaints about any provider, including us.
- Your Local Area Coordinator or Early Childhood partner — listed on the NDIS website by postcode.
- A disability advocate — free, independent, and able to speak on your behalf at a planning meeting or a review.
Avion Care is not the NDIA and cannot approve, change or review your plan. What we can do is help you prepare for those conversations and deliver the supports once they are funded.
