1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of avioncare.com.au. They are not your service agreement. If you receive supports from us, the signed service agreement between us governs that relationship and prevails over anything on this website.
2. Information on this site
The NDIS pages on this site are plain-language summaries written to help people get their bearings. They are general in nature, are not legal, financial, medical or clinical advice, and may not reflect the most recent changes to the scheme. The NDIA and the NDIS Commission are the authoritative sources. Always check ndis.gov.au before making a decision.
3. No provider relationship from browsing
Reading this site, submitting the enquiry form or speaking to us does not create a service relationship. Supports begin only when a service agreement is signed by both parties.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
5. Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
6. Intellectual property
The Avion Care name, logo, text, images and design on this site are owned by Avion Care or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for personal or non-commercial use with attribution. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
7. Your submissions
Do not send confidential clinical information through the enquiry form. It is not a secure channel and it is not monitored outside business hours. By submitting the form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide any details about another person.
8. Not for emergencies
This website and our enquiry form are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger call 000. For mental health crisis support call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
